How to make a purchase on the holiday pop-up store

Hey park-lovers! Did you know we are offering online merchandise sales this holiday season?

The holiday pop-up store is an opportunity to pick up some of your favourite Ontario Parks merchandise online.

But don’t delay – the holiday pop-up store is a limited-time offer and we will not be restocking items! The pop-up store closes on December 31, 2021.

Here’s everything you need to know about making a purchase:

Step one: pick your product

Start by visiting the website for our holiday pop-up store. On the main page, select Holiday Store.

This will take you to our full collection of merchandise items. If you’re looking for something specific, you may want to narrow your search by selecting a category on the left-hand side.

We have all of your favourites: stickers, patches, passports, Buffs, toques, water bottles, and more!

Once you’ve selected an item, click to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Select the Add to Cart button to proceed. Items will be held in your cart for 15 minutes.

You can continue shopping, or click to view your cart and checkout.

Step two: review your information

Once you’re in your cart, it’s time to review your purchase details. If everything is correct, select proceed to checkout.

You’ll be prompted to either sign in to your account (if you haven’t already), or create an account. This is the same account you use to book a campsite on our online reservation service.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be asked to review your shipping information. Don’t forget to double-check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct! Click submit to proceed to the payment screen. Please note we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

To make sure you get your order in time for the holidays, we recommend placing it by December 15 for customers in Canada, and December 5 for customers in the U.S.

Step three: complete your payment

You will be prompted to select your method of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, and Ontario Parks gift cards.

If you’re paying with a gift card, you’ll need the gift card number and pin.

Enter your payment information and select apply payment. At this point, you will be charged for your purchase.

Success! You’ve completed your purchase and we are now processing your order.

The next screen will display your order number, starting with INOP21. Select View Purchase Receipt for the details of your purchase.

If you missed this screen, don’t fret! You will receive an email with the details of your purchase, including your order number. If you can’t find the email, make sure to check the junk folder in your inbox.

Step four: wait for your package

Your order will be shipped 5-10 business days after placement.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order using the tracking number found in the email.
